After the initial success of the first company, Tom decided to form a new entity. In January of 2009, Tom and his partner, Scott Hutchison started Wilson Hutchison Realty, LLC H60297. The firm focuses on providing its clients with comprehensive real estate service on all aspects for development and landlord representation on industrial projects. Within its first nine years of existence, Tom Wilson and Associates, LLC generated sales of over $364 Million dollars, primarily in sales and land acquisitions for its clients.
